Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Destinations:

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Urban Stylesz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• Urban Stylesz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
